As a Divisional Sales Director with the nation's largest provider of senior living communities, I understand that finding a senior community can be a difficult decision for many people. Every day I work to make that process easier so seniors can discover and move to the best community for them by developing strategies for those supporting the communities. Through careful analysis of our communities, I develop branding and marketing strategies to effectively target referrals and potential customers for regional teams. By listening to our regional teams, I'm able to create innovative methods to track results, set expectations and develop plans that thrives on delivering our company's mission. I'm also adept at Identifying opportunities for partnerships that increase our brand awareness and lead generation.Throughout my career I've taken on roles with greater responsibility and geographical reach, and I've found my passion in being able to develop and implement strategy, marketing and sales training on a wider scale that's consistent and effective. It's rewarding to see these strategies translate into developing caring professionals who create warm, loving communities for our residents.I feel extremely privileged to be serving this generation.
