About Carol Simpson Smith
I started my career at Beth Israel as a medical nurse on a cardiac floor. After moving to the Operating Room two years later I became a Clinical Advisor on the off shift. Shortly after I accepted the nurse educator/trauma resource position for the Operating Room. I worked in this position for many years until I transitioned into the Nurse Manager position. A position became available at another hospital for a nurse educator. Education was always my first love so I transitioned to this new job. At the same time I was helping at my family pharmacy as they transitioned to a new computer system. While working there I caught the family pharmacy bug! I left my position at Metrowest and joined my twin sister (a Pharmacist) at Simpson's Pharmacy. We have reinvented the old fashioned family pharmacy into what it is today! Yet, we continue hold on to the old pharmacy charm and service.
