I’m a senior nonprofit professional with a proven record of success in providing innovative leadership in the management and operations of complex, dynamic organizations. I consider myself a “chief problem solver” and am known among colleagues to be the person who asks the questions that lead to optimal decision-making. I have a demonstrated commitment to equity, justice, and opportunity that informs my professional and personal life. My recognized leadership experience includes strategic planning; organizational development; programs and project management; financial management & budgeting; human resources; administration; operations; risk management; board governance and relations; facilities management; and grant seeking, implementation, and management. I serve as an interim executive (COO) as well as a consultant to organizations and executives. I hold a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College’s Executive MPA program, a Bachelor of Science from the City University of New York Baccalaureate Program, and am a certified senior professional in human resources.
