As a Clerk 7-Facilities at the City of Saskatoon, I supported the Superintendent, Maintenance Planner, RBOs, and Trades Staff in the day-to-day activities of the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Division. I have 2 years of experience in this role and I am proficient in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), the system used to manage the purchase and delivery of goods and services for the city's facilities. My core competencies include scheduling meetings and taking minutes, creating purchase requests and entering goods receipts, and distributing Preventative Maintenance work requests to the trades staff. I am also a member of the Social Committee and have served on the Employee Engagement Committee, where I contribute to improving the work environment and culture for the division. Prior to joining the City of Saskatoon, I worked as a Medical Office Assistant and a Program Administrative Assistant for the Saskatchewan Health Authority, where I gained valuable experience in health care administration and accounting. I have a Computerized Accounting Diploma from the Academy of Learning and I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
