I offer extensive expertise in human resources and benefits consulting with a strong focus on talent management and risk mitigation. I proudly serve as Area President for Gallagher where I lead a highly engaged and productive team delivering an array of benefits and human resources solutions to our client base in the south-eastern US. We’re deeply committed to helping our clients become more effective and successful in what they do. Over the course of my career, I’ve served in executive leadership positions spanning Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. In each instance the core focus has always been talent, followed closely by operational and financial efficiency, and sustainable growth. I helped to build and prepare a business for a successful acquisition, and I’ve since leveraged this experience to evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities for Gallagher also. My board and committee service has included a publicly listed bank, a publicly listed $9 billion company, and community oriented nonprofit organizations. I’m especially energized by the opportunity to bring my broad expertise in business growth, risk management, corporate governance, culture building, and talent management to organizations embarking upon growth or major transformation initiatives.
