About Me I’m a highly motivated consumer insight specialist, with extensive experience across FMCG, Home Improvement, Retail, Travel and Finance, and a passion for learning what makes people tick. My expertise is built from 15+ years experience in consumer research and experience of working both agency-side and client-side, working closely cross functionally with a range of internal and external clients across category marketing, shopper insight, communications, innovation and product development. Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of the complexities of business developed through time working client-side, combined with extensive hands on experience of running fieldwork and analysis to deliver targeted and relevant strategic advice to clients.
