Carole joined Assante Capital Management Ltd. in 1995 after graduating with distinction in Psychology from Canada’s York University. An outgoing personality and drive to succeed helped propel Carole’s career from a Marketing and Service Associate to her current role as Team Leader/ Associate Financial Advisor. Highly experienced in project and issues management, Carole plays an integral role at The McClelland Financial Group. Carole’s key accomplishments involve overseeing a team of Associates, supervising quarterly and annual projects, meeting annual budget requirements, ensuring regulatory standards are met, as well as maintaining strong client relations. Starting in July 2018, Carole will be transitioning to a Consultant/Associate Financial Advisor Role. Carole was a spokeswoman and volunteer for the former Ontario Migraine Foundation and has completed piano courses from The Royal Conservatory of Music. Carole attends dancercise classes at the National Ballroom Academy in Thornhill and is an avid traveler, having visited over 22 countries worldwide. Presently she is enrolled sailing course with the RYC in Barcelona, Spain.
