About Carole Bailey

After losing 2 stone and half stone and still working on it, Slimming World has changed my life. I love Food Optimising, it’s the most generous and flexible eating programme out there that fits in with family and friends alike. I promise you’ll never go hungry ever again. Sounds too good to be true - but it is! The support and motivation everyone receives in Slimming World groups is second to none and really helps with weight loss. Image therapy is where everyone shares recipe tips and ideas, where we motivate each other to get the results we really want. I look forward to welcoming you at one of my groups. You’re guaranteed to lose weight and reach your target weight – whatever you want that to be! I can’t wait to meet you and help you along your weight loss journey whether its virtually or in real life groups. My Slimming World Groups are held at the below addresses: Portchester Parish Hall Castle Street Tuesday 9am & 10.30am Portchester Community centre Tuesday 5.30pm and 7pm Wednesday 9am To book your place call me on 005221.
