Beginning my Chamber journey at the front desk, I’ve led a full transformation of our membership structure; streamlining tiers, increasing value alignment, and exceeding new member recruitment benchmarks. My focus on cultivating meaningful member relationships has directly contributed to improved retention and engagement, while a newly launched signature event has become one of our most impactful touchpoints, welcoming families and reactivating previously disengaged members. My background spans diverse sectors, including business, government, and nonprofit, where I’ve built a track record of translating vision into execution, leading high-performance teams, and delivering outcomes that matter. Known for my attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and unwavering follow-through, I bring both strategic oversight and hands-on energy to everything I do.
