About Carolin Gossens

Agile and fast-pace working environments are my "feel good zones", this is what drove me into event- and project management. In my career steps, especially in the first jobs, I found out that I am really open to change and to fast-pace situations. Finding new, appropriate, and flexible ways of facing either ad-hoc or long-term challenges has always been my passion. Doing this in a team, bringing out the togetherness and reaching a goal by collaborating is even better. My professional journey started in the retail sector, then I moved on to the agency landscape where I first got in touch with event marketing. From then on, I knew this is the path I would like to take. Having had the opportunity to organize on-site and online events in different sectors like motorsports, transportation/logistics, beauty/ retail, IT, finance and many more I can now look back on a great variety of expertise. Not only having been the “on site” person but also responsible for pre- and post-event activities this gave me the chance to obtain skills in tools and programs like- The full Office package- Project Management Tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday)- Adobe Creative Suite (as in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign)- CRM Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)- CMS Tools (HubSpot, WordPress, TYPO3)- SEO/ SEA Tools (Seobility, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console) Furthermore, I was responsible for alliance and channel marketing in my last job position, building up and maintaining a network of partners and sponsors. After a career break, I am participated in a training program to obtain a certificate in Content Management. With this, I improved my toolkit and am now exploring new paths in the wide field of marketing at netgo group GmbH. I love meeting new people and getting to know new perspectives.
