We all don't operate on the heart." That's what my first boss, founder and CEO of a small IT company, said to me back then. And somehow I could never forget that sentence.After many years in the IT industry, I have now arrived in Compliance & Security Consulting. Especially when it comes to the topic of compliance for our customers in the banking and insurance sector, it can sometimes be unpleasant and time-critical when the BaFin is soon at the door. At matrix, we get to the bottom of the matter: as part of our compliance projects, we analyze the current state, define the goal, and find the appropriate measures to close the gaps in compliance efficiently and in the long term. We know that this does not happen overnight and requires time and patience. And even if it takes a little longer: it's not heart surgery. What do we have to lose? Definitely not human life. BaFin will come again and again. And then they will be satisfied the next time.And that's what we're working towards in our compliance projects at matrix together with our customers: 🤚 no quick fixes, well thought-out concepts, efficient implementation, until your company is "compliant".
