About Carolina Espinal

Carolina is a resourceful strategist and communicator with 20+ years of advising Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, nonprofit organizations, academia, and philanthropy on business-critical issues. She collaborates with C-Suite leaders and teams in dynamic environments on brand reputation and issues management, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership. Carolina is highly skilled in the design and delivery of effective communications strategies for programs and integrated campaigns that engage stakeholders at the intersection of business and society. She began her career in national civil rights advocacy and on political campaigns before honing her advisory skills as a Director with Brunswick Group, a global corporate consultancy. Following her tenure at Brunswick, she successfully launched and managed Mozaic Strategies for over six years. Passionate about education, Carolina has had key leadership roles on the the Boards of the Schott Foundation and Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an Ed.M from Harvard University.
