About Caroline Allaback

I have spent the last two years of my professional life exploring the broad field of mental health. I have volunteered through AmeriCorps at a local non-profit mental health coalition, the NEW Mental Health Connection, helping to expand mental health programming in area middle and high schools. I have also worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist at an inpatient psychiatric hospital, where I provided patients with educational and therapeutic programming. I am now currently working as a Neuropsychometrist, where I administer neurocognitive tests in order to help providers assess patients and make diagnoses. I have also been involved in qualitative research, and am now looking to continue my education and obtain my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I hope to become licensed in the state of Wisconsin, and to further my ability to help others. I am passionate about promoting resiliency, healing, and support to individuals who are struggling, and feel that my empathetic nature, combined with my curiosity and passion for the field, would make me an excellent clinician.
