Experienced Customer Service Manager, with overall responsibility for the smooth running of a large Contact Centre, ensuring an effective staffing model thus delivering to agreed service level. I have 7 years’ experience of Call Centre Management, change management, customer service, recruitment and delivering of training for customer service advisory staff in both the not for profit and commercial sector. My main focus is effectively leading and managing a team of staff to deliver the Home Energy Scotland front line service to the South East of Scotland. To deliver a world class service my role is to ensure the team are motivated to deliver the targets set by the Scottish Government by making sure I provides leadership, relevant factual training, performance monitoring through reporting and quality checks & creating a customer focused culture.
