I recently stepped into the role of Director of Physician Relations at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center, where I focus on physician recruitment and community connection. As a Meridian native, it’s meaningful to help bring talented providers to the place I’ve always called home. My work involves supporting candidates through the recruitment process, sharing what makes Baptist Anderson and Meridian unique, and helping ensure a smooth transition for new physicians joining our team. I’m also focused on building strong relationships across departments and in the broader healthcare network.
