About Caroline Bailey

I am an experienced HE professional having worked in a variety of roles including marketing, events, customer service, employability, mentoring and alumni and development. Prior to this, I worked in hospitality at a managerial level which developed my excellent personal communication skills. In addition to my BA (Hons) degree from Bournemouth University, I am CIM qualified and hold a Certificate in Management Studies. I recently completed a Coaching Professional apprenticeship and now studying towards the ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. I have experience of working freelance, within the HE sector, one of my larger projects was to undertake research into new international student recruitment markets which expanded my knowledge and experience of this sector. Another client was a successful artist, who I assisted with developing their social media, online marketing and PR strategy. My current role as a Senior Leader Apprenticeship Adviser allows me to support the professional development of apprentices on the programme and their progression to the Exec MBA degree. My role has opened opportunities to me to work with apprentices at different stages of their careers and within a variety of sectors including healthcare, financial services, local government and manufacturing.
