About Caroline Bean

As Vice President of Social Strategy for Digitas Health, I bring two decades of content strategy and social media experience into the regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical space. I lead research into competitive landscapes and develop audience insights to create brand content strategies that help consumers have better health outcomes. As part of a powerhouse social team, we use these insights to activate patients and HCPs through platform-built, people-centered content designed to change behavior to impact business objectives. My experience in social media began at the helm of VISIT PHILADELPHIA's social media program. I pioneered Visit Philadelphia’s social media efforts and work to get them the publicity and engagement they deserved. Our social, content and web teams integrated a well-rounded social media strategy into every campaign and established Philadelphia’s voice to consumers multiple nine social media platforms.
