About Caroline Bilous

I’m a motivated worker with more than three years of experience in hospitality and customer service area. My communication and organization skills provide me the tools to handle multiple tasks in a busy day but also the ability to create a good experience for our customers. I had the opportunity to work in Universal Studios Theme Parks (Orlando/ FL) as greeter in a work and travel program. I grew up a lot as a person this time that I lived alone in another country and developed skills that helped in my next career steps. This period gave me the opportunity to know myself, as my strengths, motivations, weaknesses, and desires. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team and I feel very good about it, I think there’s always something we can learn and share with people!
