Every employee matters. Every customer matters. Currently, I lead a team that is mainly located in India along with a few here in the US. Providing leadership to those in-person and remotely has its challenges, but overall I am able to provide a working environment to my team that is; safe, welcoming, inclusive, goal oriented, and happy! Not only have I set up an entirely new team for my current company, but I have; helped create and implement new processes for our onboarding experience, set up my team for success with company driven KPIs, and consistently promote internal cross-functionality. I am passionate about a white-glove employee & customer experience, Working alongside our Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Onboarding, People (HR), Product Management, and Engineering teams has taught me the vital importance to know the inner workings of the company you are a part of. Each team, and each person, contributes more than you could imagine. Wherever I go, I make sure to get to know those who surround me and let them know they are worthy and loved.
