Caroline Carey, the Founder of Middle Earth Medicine Ways, a way forward for embodied spirituality, mindfulness, conscious dance and creativity. Mentor and coach for personal growth and development. Caroline is a writer and a facilitator of groups. She is an elder within the arena of conscious embodiment, an experienced soul-seeker and creative mentor. She has an unsurpassed ability to listen in depth to the stories and emotions of the heart, assisting the soul-purpose in each individual that desires to be acknowledged. A guide and facilitator for those willing to address their fears, inhibitions and any lack of self esteem; so they might understand the gift that is hidden within their core-wound. Caroline supports her clients by guiding them to explore and unravel their negative beliefs, reclaim what has been missing and implement their soul purpose by finding new perspectives from life stories and discover how those new perspectives might be more advantageous to themselves and others. She has worked internationally for over thirty years and now lives in Hastings, East Sussex, UK. We cannot change the old stories we have lived, but we do not need to still be living them. She has been involved in movement discipline since 1994. She is a Qualified 5 Rhythms Teacher and a qualified Movement Medicine Teacher (2007-2018). She is also a NLP Coach (2007) and has trained in Mentoring and Counselling as well as training with the Sacred Trust and Shamanic/Spiritual & energy healing. She has a wealth of experience in therapeutic skills, the healing arts, emotional intelligence and trauma work, as well as in developing our innate Spirituality. Caroline is the author of 6 books, the most recent being 'Middle Earth Wisdom' which along with its own 'Oracle Cards' are available in her online shop. She is a mother of six and a grandmother of ten. Having worked in the fields of personal development for three decades, her passion is to help people seek out the heart and soul of their craft, their own offerings unlimited and free of inhibitions.
