About Caroline Carr

I have worked in IT for the past 6 years starting with building and managing a solid technical support team and after that, managing a Customer Experience team (Software Usability and Business Process Improvement). Currently, I manage a Business Analyst team that supports our international platform (backend to frontend). I am skilled in Microsoft Suite (especially excel), SQL, software project management, problem solving and many other things. I’m an excellent communicator, which I believe is very important during a time when communication is often a casual afterthought. People are the foundation of exceptional companies. As a manager, I make sure to listen to my employees. I give them the tools and attention needed to set them up for success, and I give them the space to make their own decisions while always being available to them when they need support.AI is the future of tech. Knowing this, I have taken the time to become familiar with Machine Learning and Generative AI Models. I am familiar with Python and have built my own Chat Bot solutions and understand prompting. I am learning more every day. Ultimately, I would love to work with AI as a business solution whether that be as a Product Owner or AI Solutions specialist. I’m excited for what the future will bring.
