About Caroline Crane

I am the Operations Director at Britsafe. I had made the move from the public to the Private Sector 10 years ago to experience new challenges. I have been employed as a General Manager in a Health Club & Spa for 6 years, previous to that I was a manager for a Hotel chain, overseeing the overall operational and maintenance. My work experience over the past 25 years has given me the opportunities to offer good customer care and implement great organisation skills amongst my teams, and I look forward to the new ones ahead. At Britsafe, I am responsible for the operations side of the business ensuring that we get service delivery right to ensure that the company continues to grow. Facing new challenges each day I pride myself on good customer care at the same as looked after my employees. I am focused on the introduction of performance measures and spending as much time out on sites as possible.Outside of work, my daughter is now at University enjoying her independence and embracing a new life outside the home. When time allows, I enjoy going on holidays both adventurous and relaxing and I really enjoy walking. My most recent achievement is climbing the three Yorkshire Peaks and the National three peaks.
