About Caroline Croft

A qualified, motivated, and confident Business Analyst, skilled at identifying areas within the business which may need developing, updating or refining. I am experienced at collecting, clarifying and translating business requirements using a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques. I am confident in documenting for continuity and presenting materials across all levels of an organisation. My key strengths include communication, collaboration, problem solving and analysis. I would like my career to link in with my passions of Geography, sailing (marine) and business analysis. In my spare time, I spend a few hours a week assisting in managing a small limited company with my partner. Creation Industrial was established in 2018 and ran until 2020 at which point, we added Core Performance Rope and then Creation Shade Sails to the portfolio. Challenging and pushing my boundaries has been an essential element to my success in ski racing and sailing. Both sports have taught me excellence, teamwork, team morale and collaboration. I’ve had to fight through injury and disappointment to finally achieve success. Hard work, motivation and breaking down barriers has allowed me to succeed in representing my country in sailing at both the 420 European and World Championships, one of my greatest achievements. I am also an active member of the Merlin Rocket Owners Association committee, organising the events for the season and promoting them via the website and social media channels.
