I've spent the last year+ immersed in the world of Generative AI:*Advising firm leaders on the market and competitive dynamics - informing EY’s strategy and investments of over $1B *Rapidly enabling Generative AI go-to-market across business units and industries worldwide *Leading the Generative AI strategic initiative to transform EY’s Knowledge function I am passionate about the transformative power of technology. And it is not just answering the big picture strategic questions that I love – it is also understanding that moment when technology and humans interact in a given context that excites me. I love to build new things and bring order to chaos. In my mind, there is nothing more exciting than staring down hard problems and solving them. I run flat, inclusive, entrepreneurial teams because I think success is about great ideas not the org chart and that when you bring lots of different brains together you make the best ideas better and get to have a lot of fun too. I have 20+ years experience in technology and professional services leveraging customer, market and competitive insights to make, market and deliver better products and services. And the explosion of Generative AI has given me a chance to mentor another generation of emerging leaders in how important it is to not just understand the technology but the people using it and the world they live in.
