With dual expertise in NGO governance (+8 years) and strategic support, I hold a decision-making role within a governing body, and in structuration and development of community networks. Secretary General of Action Against Hunger for the past 6 years, I play an active role in strategic planning, key decision-making and crisis management. I have acquired a strong experience in leading governance bodies and managing non-profit dynamics. Head of the Volunteer and Governance Affairs Department at Addictions France, I support governance and senior management in implementating national strategic plans, structuring and coordinating community networks. I also manage key projects and their funding, while strengthening the connection between elected representatives, members and operational teams.
