Customer service, care and sales have been ever present in my work life. From working in inbound sales in a call centre to becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor, Operations Manager and Events Coordinator for Talk Networking. I'm proud to now be working in Business Development with Talk Results. We believe telemarketing should be all about human, respectful conversation that builds up not only leads and conversions, but also a pipeline of opportunities for the year ahead.
