Hi, I’m Caroline Earls! Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I am a senior at Miami University, majoring in Strategic Communications with a minor in General Business. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in marketing, media, and corporate communications, and my professional experiences have helped me refine my skills in content strategy, social media engagement, and persuasive messaging. Throughout college, I’ve taken on impactful roles that have shaped my career goals and given me hands-on experience in marketing and branding. As a marketing intern for ImpactHR, I played a key role in redesigning the company logo and developing its social media strategy. I am currently seeking opportunities in marketing, sales, and corporate communications where I can leverage my skills in content creation, audience engagement, and strategic positioning.
