Hi I’m Caroline - I’m a serial entrepreneur & Ops Manager with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, working toward a more sustainable, healthy, equitable world-and looking for co-conspirators. During my time there, I helped the team bring anti-oppression trainings to the org (via Transgender Training Institute and LifeLabs) and got us to be more data-driven by instituting all-staff surveys and Monday.com boards. Prior to this, I founded a nonprofit housing cooperative in a 10-bedroom house in Columbus, Ohio. It was a huge labor of love that involved organizing my community to adopt the seven principles of cooperation, as well as learn what it means to keep a property off the speculative real-estate market and available to people of marginalized identities at below-market rate rents.
