About Caroline Elias

I found my calling right out of High School but was too young, too inexperienced to realize it at the time. As a young person I tried different things in life, and always came back to the creative arts. I had the opportunity to go to Le Cordon Bleu and graduated toward the top of my class. It was there in those classes I found my passion; and that my creativity could grow in directions that I never thought of before. My goals in life are to one day earn a Michelin Star and become one of the best women in my craft. I have a love and respect for the ingredients in my food and for the people who eat my food. I have been told by my mentors that I will always have problems with those who refuse to work hard and who desire success without effort. It’s a shame I know, but it’s a problem that I will not let defeat me because I cook with love and I know my customers can taste it in my food. I currently hope to connect with other talented cooks and chefs who share my passion for this industry; and strive to create culinary experiences that will leave people saying WOW! How did they do that? I don’t think there is a bigger pleasure than to find out that you made someone’s special night, celebration, or event even more special because of the love, hard work, dedication, respect, and passion that you put into their food. I will be producing a photo portfolio on my face book page soon of all my signature dishes I hope you check it out when it is up and share your professional critiques and perhaps some of your culinary masterpieces so we can celebrate and share our talents and grow collectively through our passions for cooking.
