I am a Solicitor at HOMS Assist and I joined the firm in 2014. With over twenty years of experience in dealing with family law, I also have expertise in litigation, property and commercial related matters, which is hugely beneficial when dealing with family assets. I endeavour to achieve the best outcomes for my clients with clear, unambiguous advice on divorce, judicial separation, the financial consequences of marital breakdown, recognition of foreign divorces, civil partnership, cohabitation and non-marital relationships. I also assist in resolving conflicts involving children, access, guardianship and child abduction, paternity disputes and maintenance.
