I’ve always been a people person. There’s nothing like the thrill of a candidate’s enthusiastic “Yes!” to an offer, and an equally pleased hiring manager who just landed a top performer. Knowing my efforts impact the bottom line and that I impact the lives of others keeps me going every day.Working in HR is not always easy, and I am always ready to rise to a new challenge! I am data-driven and I have over 5 years of experience working within HR in multiple facets including compensation, college relations, HR management, DE & I, and full-cycle recruitment. My greatest joy is in the relationships that I have built and in helping other individuals and the programs I am involved with succeed. I am advanced in Excel and I love using process improvement techniques to approach problems in unique ways.When I'm not doing a compensation analysis or auditing HR policies, I love being able to travel, meet new people, and have new experiences. I believe in continuous learning and my current topics of interest include human/consumer behavior, social media marketing, labor relations, talent acquisition, and compensation analysis.
