About Caroline Fleck

I am a licensed psychologist, founder and Clinical Director of Luma, and an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Stanford University. I aim to provide the highest quality of care to the adults, adolescents, and couples with whom I work in private practice. I am also deeply committed to training and research initiatives. My courses and workshops at Stanford train clinicians and residents in DBT, and other cognitive-behavioral treatments, and I work closely with early career psychologists to help them build careers that are fulfilling, sustainable, and adaptable. I bring my expertise in cognitive-behavioral treatments to the corporate sector by designing and implementing custom training programs for Fortune 500 companies, and providing executive coaching to industry leaders. I am passionate about the intersection of technology and mental health, and serve as a Health Technical Consultant to mental health startups and life science companies. ​Outside of my practice, I am a public speaker, educator, and consultant on the topics of evidence-based practices in psychology, mindfulness meditation, and the use of technology in mental health.
