About Caroline Flodin

I am a highly motivated, determined and meticulous individual who works excellently within a team as well as independently. I always try to make sure that everyone around me is happy and put them first but without losing my integrity. I constantly strive for personal and professional development and improvement which makes me a bit of a curious person always excited about learning more and extending my knowledge. I would say that this is one of my greater qualities. I am a humble individual and don’t hesitate to ask for help, however, I do love and get very motivated by challenges. I am a learn as you go type of person, and always try to find the most efficient way to get things done without compromising the end result. Being the curious person I am, I have many interests such as e-commerce, marketing, social media/media, technology, digitalisation and much more. On a more personal level, some of my interests include food and nutrition, an active lifestyle, interior design, travelling and reading. It would be my dream to one day be able to work somewhere where I can combine both which is when I believe I will be able to deliver at my absolute best.
