About Caroline Freithofnig

My passion is to create emotions by planning and organising different scale events, especially in the culture and sports sector. In an half year internship at the Ironman Austria GmbH I was able to collect experience in the organization of large scale sport events. However, through my long term commitment to voluntary clubs as well as my job oriented education I was also able to enhance my knowledge on the field of smaller scale events and projects of different kinds such as the organization of the NOC office of the EYOF in Finnland, the "Nacht der Landjugend Kärnten" and the "Wörthersee Ultra Trail". One project, which I am specifically proud of is the "Stammzellentypisierungsaktion" that we as the "Landjugend Bezirk Klagenfurt" successfully initiated and completed throughout Carinthia and got awarded 2nd place of all Austrian Landjugen Projects (see link below @ 1:21:25). Landjugend Best Of 2021 : Currently I am employed as a Back Office Empoyee @ HOW ART.live (a concert and event provider in Carinthia) with my main areas of work being Backstage, Hospitality and Volunteer Management. However, as a small scaled and new company I have been given the opportunity to majorly design our business processes as well as look into all the different areas that are relevant for a functioning event.
