About Caroline Fresh

Of all the ways I could describe myself, “listener” is my favorite. When it comes to music, which has been a keystone in my life representing both familiarity and the unknown, I am capable of finding something interesting, worthwhile, and valuable in all areas of the audible spectrum. When it comes to people, I pride myself in hearing the fine details of their needs and concerns, identifying patterns, and solving problems. I am always using my past experiences from an eclectic, possibly meandering professional path to relate to people in both professional and personal settings. I believe that learning is a lifelong process, and that no experience is bad experience. Every conversation, every meeting, every conflict and resolution provides one more resource for working with clients and colleagues to tackle projects, both large and small.
