About Caroline Frevert

As an elementary educator at WCPSS, I apply my master's degree in elementary education and teaching from the University of Northern Colorado to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for my 3rd grade students. I have 1.5 years of experience in this role, and 7 months of previous experience as a lead teacher at The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy, where I developed and implemented early childhood skills and curriculum. I also gained valuable insights into 4th grade classroom dynamics and best practices as a student teacher at Poudre School District. Some of the skills that I use and improve daily are- Written Communication - Decision Making - Multi-tasking Using these skills, I plan, deliver, and assess lessons, communicate with students, parents, and colleagues, and manage various classroom needs and challenges. My core competencies include fostering student-centered and collaborative learning, promoting social and emotional development, and facilitating differentiated instruction and assessment. My mission as an educator is to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in my students, and to prepare them for academic and personal success. I am passionate about elementary education and teaching, and I continuously seek opportunities to grow and learn in this field.
