Caroline is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy, with positive organisational culture and values at the core. Caroline is passionate about redefining the landscape of children’s residential care in Ireland with a focus on further development of high quality and regulated therapeutically informed services to assist vulnerable children as they rebuild their lives. A Chartered Accountant, Caroline works with determination and high energy both and is comfortable both tactically and strategically. She is passionate about leadership and development of high performance teams in an organization. She has a proven track record in delivering results across a variety of sectors. She has excellent communication skills and is an authentic and grounded leader. Outside her working life, she is a busy mother of two children. She loves to sing and is a member of the award winning Inspire Choral Group. She is a keen sports fan and is a passionate follower of Meath football and Irish Rugby.
