About Caroline Greig

I’m a public service leader with over a decade of experience leading complex, cross-sector programs that serve children, youth, and families. My work spans early childhood education, child welfare, education systems, and behavioral health—with a focus on equity, collaboration, and lasting impact. Currently, I serve as Project Director of Anti-Trafficking Initiatives at WestCoast Children’s Clinic, where I lead a nationally implemented tool supporting child-serving agencies across the U.S. and Canada. From program growth to contract negotiation and strategic planning, I thrive in connecting mission to systems and driving initiatives that improve outcomes for vulnerable communities. Previously, I led education advocacy and programming for system-involved youth in New York City, managed multi-disciplinary teams, and contributed to DEIB and Medicaid billing initiatives. My leadership style is grounded in transparency, community-building, and action. I believe deeply in the power of early childhood opportunities to shape a child’s life and strengthen families. I'm committed to advancing access, equity, and sustainability in public programs—and welcome collaboration that moves this work forward.
