Background

About Caroline Hill

In my role as marketing coordinator, I developed and sharpened many foundational skills that have grown me into a well-rounded team member. I am a detail-oriented, success-centered individual that enjoys challenges and can thrive whilst under pressure— all paramount to this role. I am required to QA and make sure anything that I traffic is up to par, as I am the last person to touch the project before it is sent off. I manage metrics and am in charge of pulling certain analytical data for our co-op banners on our site and third-party publications we are partnered with. My time management/project management skills are crucial to this role and I am accustomed to juggling multiple projects/tasks at once. Something that I've gotten quite good at is forecasting problems and providing solutions when issues arise, which I think is an important intuition to possess. I enjoy working and collaborating with others and am eager to take on new projects and learn new skills.
