About Caroline Jungulu

I worked as a part time language and History teacher for 6 months after i graduated from high school in 2015, soon after settling in university i became part of the Tanzanian team in the 2016 Tax Justice Network East African Universities debate in the campaign to end Illicit Financial Flows from Africa (Stop the Bleeding Campaign) where Tanzania won third place. In January to march 2019 i and other 10 youths represented Tanzania in the Ship for World Youth (SWY) Leadership Program in Japan, Australia, Solom Island and Palau with other youth from 11 countries coming together learning about leadership, discussing common issues and coming up with projects aiming to solve the said common issues.I was and still am a part of the Tuwezeshe Akina Dada program (from 2018) organized by Child Dignity Forum (CDF) Tanzania in empowering young Tanzanian women in taking initiatives against GBVs by funding them to conduct social action project in their communities.
