About Caroline Kaiser

Hello. My name is Caroline Kunst and I am a graduate of the Globe University-Moorhead Veterinary Technology Program. In 2009, I attended Dawson Community College and discovered that I had an affinity for biology, chemistry, the humanities, and history. In 2011, I graduated with an A.A. in General Education. I moved to Fargo, ND in 2012 and attended college at Concordia (Moorhead) in the Art History program soon after. Although I still love studying and making art, it was not entirely fulfilling for me. After taking a break from academics, I adopted two dogs (my bulldog, Hammer and my pug, Juniper) and discovered that I had overlooked a key aspect of my character. I love animals. I researched local programs for veterinary medicine and applied at Globe University to attend their veterinary technology program in the fall of 2014. I enjoy the rigorous the program and the challenging coursework-but best of all, I love working with the students within the program to help the animals in our care. Currently, I have passed the Veterinary Technology National Exam, but have not applied for my certification. I am a certified dog groomer working for Petco in Bismarck, ND having completed their apprenticeship program. I am currently seeking employment as a technician, but for now I am enjoying the experience of grooming animals. As well as grooming animals, I am also currently employed as a welder/assembler at Doosan Bobcat of Bismarck, ND.
