Menopause is getting lots of press - fabulous! But being talked about is only part of the solution. That doesn't stop you dealing with your symptoms day by day - be it anxiety, joint pain, night sweats, brain fog. I could go on. For many women as we hit our 40s we start to experience some early peri menopause symptoms. It might be increased anxiety, insomnia or brain fog, which are often the early symptoms… and less recognised as being related to the menopause than night sweats and hot flushes. I left a successful career in Consumer and Corporate finance to follow my passion. I know how it feels to be juggling multiple balls and feel as if your body is letting you down. Our bodies and metabolism are constantly seeking to maintain equilibrium. Nutrition and lifestyle factors are key to ensuring that we stay happy, heathy and in control.
