I am a strengths-based practitioner with 10 years of experience working with students in post-secondary institutions. I also have experience working with vulnerable persons in community settings. I believe in being genuine, practicing humility and using your capacities to create more equitable conditions. HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATIONS: • Skilled practitioner, including case management, counselling, resource mobilization, crisis response, and skill development • Experience working with diverse and complex cases including disclosures of sexual violence/assault, mental health crises, behavioural concerns, high suicidality and conflict with the law • Experience providing advocacy and and support for survivors of sexual violence • Strong case management skills including goal-setting, documentation and making referrals • Experienced in facilitating workshops, creating educational materials, and coaching others • Natural competence in administrative tasks and project management • Trained facilitator in Bringing in the Bystander (sexual violence prevention campaign) • Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) • Possess current Ontario driver’s license as well as a sense of humour
