Caroline is CEO of Leecare Solutions, the aged care expert consulting company she started in 1992, where she worked as an aged care educator & consultant. In the company changed direction and concentrated on developing its IT technology capability, as it had released an aged care software system in In 2012, Leecare Solutions won the National ICT 2012 Company of the year award - awarded at the national IT in Aged Care Conference. Caroline has been the national President of the Aged Care IT Vendors Association since 2009 and on various National NEHTA committees including the nation’s e-health Compliance, Conformance, Accreditation & Governance Committee since then. Her company has completed their e-health PCEHR connectivity development with other members of the Aged Care Vendor Panel and commenced rolling out their ehealth version. She has a PhD for her research of Gerontological Nurse Practitioners and has been listed on the Commonwealth Nurse Advisor panel since the late 1990’s, working with homes under sanctions.
