Background
About Caroline Leipf
Strategic manager and creative problem solver with an organizational mindset, an eye for detail, and a bias toward taking responsibility. In my element when working hard and collaborating with others, especially in a role that connects the dots across all aspects of an organization and between colleagues, projects, programs, stakeholders. I value communication and context. Experienced in program development and management, venue management, contract administration, arts education and engagement, young audiences, development and alumni engagement, and the many sides of nonprofit arts administration in regional and higher education settings. I believe that performing and visual arts are essential, that the arts should be accessible to all, and that dance, music, theatre, visual and other creative arts should be compulsory in every child’s education. This informs my work both in and out of the arts.
