I am a seasoned strategist with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects and driving positive change in the education sector. I am committed to leveraging my diverse experiences as an educator, researcher, and experienced team and project leader to work alongside communities to re-imagine education. My pursuit of a more equitable education system has led me down diverse paths: crafting engaging curricula, conducting impactful research in low-resourced settings in both the U.S. and globally, and working alongside school communities to build the capacity of school leaders and educators as an education consultant. Through it all, I have developed a deep conviction that educators and the school leaders who support them are the architects of a more just world. My strength lies in navigating complex projects and challenges with decisive action while fostering an inclusive environment and team culture where diverse voices flourish. I am dedicated to leaving a lasting impact while living out my personal values of continuously learning with humility, being resiliently solutions-oriented, leading courageously, seeking collaboration, and pursuing equity and justice.
