About Caroline McGivney

I am motivated and driven individual. I have recently completed a Bachelor of Business degree level 8 at Atlantic Technological University, Galway. I also have graduated at level 7 with a Bachelor of Business in Event Management with Public Relations. Currently working as a Document Controller/Administration at Kiernan Structural Steel Ltd. This role has allowed me to learn many new skills and has challenged me in new ways. I am continuing to develop in this role and it has given me the opportunity to continue learning. With experience in the retail sector, I have learned people skills and customer service is extremely important. I was working in a fast pace environment which meant multi tasking became a skill of great importance to me. My time in HR allowed me to gain experience working closely with staff and to work on my people skills. It was a huge responsibility but this allowed me to develop leadership skills.
