I am the navigator who guides your communications to the right port! My expertise is to develop carefully planned and effectively executed communications strategies with great impact. I excel most notably in strategic communications, issue management, media relations and content production. I am recognized for my ability to increase an organization's visibility, reach a variety of audiences and engage internal and external partners. I distinguish myself with my enthusiasm and the energy I put at the service of team and project management. I value consultation and collaboration in order to seek relevant solutions, propose creative approaches and put in place effective processes to achieve the organization's objectives. Key milestones in my career include: Development and implementation of numerous communication strategies to increase the University's visibility and mobilize different audiences - students, professors, employees, alumni and donors - to support the objectives of more than 20 partners on campus (central administration, faculties, services, and so on). Implementation of a new content production model ("content hub") to adopt a more integrated approach and better coordinate the many communication products aimed at a variety of audiences on a wide range of platforms (online publications, newsletters, emails, social media, etc.). Securing, at zero cost, extensive national media coverage on the launch of a new product, contributing to expanded brand recognition and product sales. Management of communications and risk mitigation around many issues that could affect the organization's image and reputation.
