About Caroline Morley

I am a designer, strategist, and learning disrupter with over 20 years’ experience leading educational innovation, learning design, and system transformation. A trailblazer in STEM education, digital learning, and learner-centred design, I specialise in turning research into practice — creating inclusive, evidence-based learning for adult, professional, and K–12 learners. With a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design, a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and a Master of Education (in progress), I bring strong pedagogical foundations paired with deep system-level insight. Recognised for seeing the big picture early and building scalable, high-impact solutions, I lead initiatives that improve teacher capability, learner engagement, and strategic alignment with future-focused educational priorities.I create learning that sticks — experiences designed for real-world impact, not just information delivery. As a trusted collaborator, I work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to amplify their expertise and translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging designs. I build structures that set learners up to succeed, using tools such as Articulate 360, SCORM, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies — all delivered in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
