As an HR Generalist at Perlmutter Cancer Center, I provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and leave management. I work closely with managers and staff to ensure compliance with HR policies, resolve employee relations issues, and maintain a positive, productive work environment. As a bilingual and multicultural woman, I bring a unique perspective that helps me build meaningful relationships and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I’ve completed my master’s in Human Resources Management and Development at New York University, where I deepened my expertise in strategic HR competencies, people analytics, DEI, and future trends in human capital management. In addition, I have completed courses in coaching and consulting, further expanding my ability to support organizational growth and development. Lastly, passed my SHRM-CP.
